Introducing Guishan Ecological Park

Guishan Ecological Park is located on the summit of Guishan Mountain, part of the ancient Yijun County ruins. Guishan Mountain is 1,430 meters above sea level, 69 meters above sea level above the county seat. The summit platform is 180 meters long from north to south and 67 meters wide from east to west.

According to historical records, Qingyun Tower was built on the summit of Guishan Mountain in 624 AD. Designed by the renowned architect Yan Liben, it burned down during the war in the late Ming Dynasty. Before liberation, the summit of Guishan Mountain served as the seat of the Yijun County Government, also housing the Confucian Temple and the Nine Dragon Wall. After liberation, the county seat was relocated to its current location, and the original buildings were demolished.

In 2005, the Yijun County Party Committee and the County Government decided to restore historical relics such as Qingyun Pavilion and Nine Dragon Wall, build Guishan Ecological Park, and form a landmark carrier of China's summer resort, so that Guishan and Longshan will form a mutually complementary garden pattern, based on the viewpoint of promoting regional cultural style, adding cultural connotation and improving cultural taste.
