Ancient temple next to Repulse Bay, Hong Kong

This is an ancient temple in Repulse Bay. From the "Thousand Years Gate" at the entrance, you can see a plaque that reads "1956 Founding Anniversary". However, it is only the year the Hong Kong Life Saving Society was founded. The venue in Repulse Bay should be seen from the monument on the building. The foundation stone was laid by Colonial Secretary Desmond in May 1964. The Chinese-style plaque hanging in the middle of the building has three large characters "Zhenhai Tower" and the name of Governor Trench and the year 1971. The first statue in the park (the Tin Hau statue) was unveiled by Mrs. Trench in 1970, and more statues were completed between 1972 and 1973. It is estimated that the building was decorated in Chinese style and named "Zhenhai Tower" to cooperate with this plan. It can be said that it has an ancient and fragrant Hong Kong flavor and is suitable for a family trip #8月vlog #地方游#地方游 #香港好去地方 #热夏好去地方 #
