Chirimen and Shirasu Specialty Store "Nagi"

I got a takeaway "Shirasu Ice Cream" from "Nagi", a shop that specializes in dried small sardines and whitebait.

The shop is located on Bell Street, just before JR Kagoshima Chuo Station (AMU Plaza Kagoshima).

As this shop specializes in dried small sardines and whitebait,
there are many small fish foods lined up inside the store,
but I was surprised to find that they also had a "soft serve" that used a lot of dried small sardines and whitebait.

The soft serve itself had a viscous Turkish ice cream-like feel,
but the saltiness of the dried small sardines and whitebait toppings was also a great flavor.
The volume of the dried small sardines and whitebait was so satisfying that I felt like the toppings took up about two-thirds of the serving.

I was very satisfied with the unusual "fly" product.
