Holt’s Café 🎉

This rosewood accommodation offer includes two set dinners and breakfast, both enjoyed at Holt's Café😍 Before I heard from a friend that his breakfast was great😍 It taught me that I've been thinking about trying it😏

The decoration is very stylish, mainly black and white 😏 and the decoration is very special 😜

After sitting down, the waiter will bring some meal packages for us to enjoy first😂

🔸Salmon Gravlax
The vanilla marinated salmon was tasty, and lemon juice further highlighted the taste of the salmon, served with toast, really very good

🔹Burrata Cheese
My boyfriend loves to eat this cheese salad (I am mine) 😍 He said the cheese is very yogurt so add d tomatoes together to eat it will not be so much 😂 In the end he ate almost half 😂 I ate a little 🤡

🔺Main course
🔸God-level char siu rice
I heard that the char siu rice is excellent, so I have to try it 😂 The char siu is using Spanish black pork plum head meat, the rice is used 😏 Japanese rice is mixed with lard and sesame oil, I think the char siu is grilled very fragrant and meat is more soft, the sauce can highlight the taste of char siu, I do not know if the rice is added lard and sesame oil, the overall rice is a bit difficult 😀

🔹 Pan-fried Arctic red-spotted frog
The fish is tender 😜 very fresh 😃 The sauce is made with cherry tomatoes, sour and very appetizing

🔺Dessert
One of the desserts switched to the fruit platter 😀 The other one is the day sweet, the dessert has a lot of nuts inside
