I found a nice cafe in a Korean-style house in Hongdae, Seoul.

🇰🇷 Hongdae, Seoul
"IUM 1966"

I've always wanted to go to this Korean-style restaurant near Hongdae Station.

I've been checking it out since the pre-opening in May, and I was excited to go (lol)

As expected, I fell in love at first sight with the lotus tea 연꽃차 🤍

The restaurant has table seating and tatami seating, and the atmosphere of the Korean house and vintage furniture are in perfect harmony.

It's spacious and comfortable, but there aren't that many seats, so it's a good place to relax.

I almost forget I'm in Hongdae^^*

The tea is refreshing and blue with a clean taste.

As you can see from the photo, it comes in a large bowl with a diameter of about 30cm.

When I ordered, I was told that it would take a while for the flowers to open and that the amount was very large.

If there was any tea left over, I could take it home in a takeaway cup, but if you order by yourself, it might be a bit difficult to finish it.
I recommend sharing with a friend☺️

The menu is a bit more Jeju-oriented.
They also have rice cakes, seasonal sweets, and some light meals, so if you want to relax in Hongdae, be sure to come here 🤍
