One of the pleasures of being on board is the food 🙋‍♂️

After the seatbelt signs were turned off,
drinks and amuse-bouches were served 🕰
The amuse-bouches on this day were sesame and walnut sticks,
and marinated gizzard and celery.
By the way, the drink was my original cocktail 🍸
ANA's specialty fragrant kabosu mixed with ginger ale,
and I prefer 7 parts kabosu and 3 parts ginger ale.
The CA made it well,
and it was layered very beautifully ✨

And then the main dish appeared 😎
You can choose between Japanese and Western food,
and I reserved Japanese food in advance, which turned out to be a great choice◎
Actually, I had originally reserved Western food.
However, after looking at photos from people who had actually experienced it,
I decided to change to Japanese food as the Western food was not very appealing.
The meal was very colorful and visually pleasing 😋
I was able to spend a blissful time tasting each dish.
The main dish of beef with aromatic miso was also soft and delicious with its large cuts of meat 👍
After a nap, we were served a light meal about 2 hours before arrival.
The menu was tandoori chicken sandwiches, fruit, and oikos. While this sandwich was packed with ingredients, it was a shame that the bread was cold and dry. I probably should have ordered soup. I think I should have ordered soup. The in-flight meals you enjoy on international routes are on a higher level when you're in business class, and they're exceptional. And, although I'm embarrassed to say this at my age, I decided to buy a stuffed toy of the aircraft as a souvenir and take it to Hawaii, so I bought Kai-kun only from the in-flight sales. (If you use an ANA card, you get 10% off and it's 2,700 yen.) I also took a commemorative photo of the aircraft flying towards the morning sun and Kai-kun.
