Inner Mongolia Ulan Modo Grassland
Located in Horqin Right Wing Front Banner of Xing'an League in Inner Mongolia, Ulan Modo Grassland showcases the typical scenery of Hanggai Grassland. Hanggai, in Mongolian, refers to the meadows in the mountains and forests, a paradise that combines blue sky, white clouds, grasslands, rivers, hills, and trees. Dale of Joy·Ulan Modo is exactly such a place, creating a home away from home for travelers away from the hustle and bustle.
The design of Dale of Joy was meticulously crafted by the local 'Industrial University Architectural Design' team in Inner Mongolia. Scattered across the grassland are independent stone houses that are both secluded and integrated with nature. The yurts feature aluminum tops that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also have excellent weather resistance, ensuring stability and comfort during both the hot summers and cold winters. The stone walls are built with local materials, retaining regional characteristics while effectively resisting extreme weather.
There are 16 guest rooms, which seem to grow naturally here, each continuing the traditional living style of the grassland while incorporating modern architectural design language. The interior space is bright and clear, with natural light during the day that eliminates the need for artificial lighting, approaching the standard of modern hotels, and equipped with a rich minibar.
Dale of Joy offers very comprehensive dining services, with the largest restaurant in the grassland accommodation cluster. The beef and mutton here are incredibly delicious and must be tasted in person to appreciate their true flavor. In addition, the 'Wild Coffee' cafe can satisfy everyone's needs for various coffee flavors, with offerings that are on par with trendy urban cafes. Within the grassland accommodation cluster, there are not only restaurants, coffee bars, bread bars, small theaters, and art galleries but also outdoor fire pits, outdoor swimming pools, indoor hot pools, and other public facilities that are both independent and interconnected. Guests can ride horses on the vast grassland, enjoy afternoon tea next to volcanic relics, take a Lela cart to visit the life of Mongolian herders, enriching the experience and also healing the various fatigues brought by city life.
