The area surrounding HsinchuCircle is home to many historical sites, including Hsinchu CityGate.

The Yingxi Gate, the east gate of Hsinchu City, is a national monument. The center of the circle has been renovated to allow access from both sides and become a performance venue.

HsinchuCityTumenCity is also a historical monument, now home to a Starbucks store.

Other historical sites include Hsinchu CityGate, the Hsinchu Museum of Fine Arts, and the First Credit Union.
