The famous brunch restaurant from Chiang Mai has come to Hua Hin! Fans of serious brunch menus must not miss this restaurant, “MITTE MITTE Huahin”, a sincere brunch with quality ingredients, complete with savory and sweet dishes. There’s nothing more delicious than this.

I have to say that before going, I secretly hoped that this new branch would be as good as the one in Chiang Mai. But when I got to try it, it turned out to be just as good. The restaurant uses Hua Hin’s outstanding ingredients in cooking, bringing out the flavors of the ingredients clearly and blending them together perfectly. The menu we tried today was “Homemade Fish & Chips”, where the restaurant offers a selection of Thai fish, Catch of the Day, coated in a special recipe, deep-fried until crispy. The fish meat was juicy and not oily. The tartar sauce is the restaurant’s own special homemade recipe. Next up was “Huahin Katsu Bagel”, a homemade bagel with tiger prawns and large scallops. Another menu item they used was squid. “Squid Inc.” grilled fresh squid and served with a special recipe of cauliflower puree and rocket salad. It was so complete. Must-try menu: “Beef Wellington” Australian tenderloin wrapped in Parma ham, special sautéed mushrooms and homemade puff pastry. Recommended to be cooked to Medium rare for more tender and juicy meat. Or if you don’t eat meat, you can order “Salmon Wellington” salmon trout imported directly from Norway and seasoned spinach wrapped in homemade puff pastry. Both menus are great.

And there are many other menus that we tried such as Lemony Angle Hair with Crab Meat, Honey Chicken x Croffles, Gravlax Tartine, ARUGULA & Prosciutto salad, followed by dessert like “Pavlova” meringue served with whipped cream and fresh fruits, fragrant and delicious. Add some freshness with Summer Blush and Orange Espresso drinks. It was a delicious and satisfying meal. I want everyone to come and try it. Guaranteed to be impressed
