Khao Takiab Beach is located in Khao Takiab Village, Hua Hin District, Nong Kae Subdistrict, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Hua Hin Beach is known for its abundance of shells, and there's a saying that goes (though its origin is unknown): 'Hua Hin is a place with shells, foreigners sit and wait until shells stick to the rocks.' This phrase often brings a smile and curiosity about what 'shells sticking to the rocks' means. It's a playful phrase that makes you think and laugh, stemming from the fact that the sea naturally has shells. Hua Hin Beach is quite popular among foreign tourists, likely ranking in the top 5 favorite destinations for them. Hua Hin Beach isn't just about 'rocks' because the beach stretches from Hua Hin District to Khao Takiab Village, Nong Kae Subdistrict. Khao Takiab Beach itself is about 1.5 kilometers long, lined with restaurants, hotels, and resorts. The beach at Khao Takiab doesn't have many rocks, except at the foot of the hill. It's a clean, flat beach with no trash and shallow water.
