Datong Massacre Memorial Hall

The Datong Massacre site is located south of Datong Mine in Huainan City, Anhui Province, on the rocky hillside at the southern foot of the northern Shungeng Mountain. It is the site where the Japanese invaders disposed of the bodies of Chinese people they massacred during their invasion of China. In 1968, the Datong Massacre Memorial Hall was established on the original site. The entire museum covers an area of approximately 31,571.24 square meters, with a building area of 6,900 square meters and an exhibition area of approximately 2,400 square meters.
