Hualien Alley Jasmine Soufflé

I stumbled upon this little shop by accident. I heard that the food here is delicious, which piqued my curiosity to give it a try. The shop's color scheme and decor have a very European feel, making it very relaxing. My favorite part is the second floor, which is as cute as a little study room. I ordered the shop's popular soufflé, and taking a bite was truly amazing. It was so fluffy that I couldn't stop eating. This is one of the best places I've eaten at so far, and I definitely want to come back again. I really love it.
