The Danong-Dafu Plain Forest Park is located in Guangfu Township, Hualien County, in the Hualien-Taitung Longitudinal Valley, with the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range on both sides. It is the first plain forest park in Taiwan.

The park covers an area of ​​191 hectares. It has the clear blue Malangou River and the longest forest bike trail in Taiwan. It has a rich natural ecology, with flower viewing in spring, fireflies and birds in summer, and maple leaves in autumn and winter. Each season has its own charm.

Ride a bicycle on the North and South Ring bike paths in the park, take a slow walk, breathe in the phytoncides, and enjoy a leisurely forest bath. This base, which combines the surrounding agriculture, community, and natural and cultural resources, is worth a family trip!

On the way back, we stopped by the Tropic of Cancer Landmark Park (Ruisui Township) to take photos as a souvenir.
