A good hotel with a beautiful sunrise view

Hualien's B&B has an infinity pool and excellent bicycle rentals. It's only a 3-minute bike ride away, and you can see the ocean in 5 minutes. The breakfast is delicious, and the service staff are very friendly. I've repeated this three times.
