During my visit to Hualien, I discovered the perfect spot for solo diners—[Eijiro Personal BBQ Plus+]. With one grill per person and perfectly portioned servings, I could comfortably enjoy the enticing aroma of charcoal-grilled meat.

The quality of the meat here is top-notch. Whether it's the tender beef brisket or the thick-cut pork shoulder, the balance of fat is just right. What's even better is that for an additional NT$68, you can access a rich vegetarian buffet! Fresh lettuce, kimchi, salads, and soups are all available for you to mix and match, making the meal both nutritious and varied.

The environment is also very cozy, with partitions between seats ensuring a quiet and undisturbed dining experience. This was truly a healing and satisfying stop during my journey in Hualien.
