Breakfast at the White Lotus Club in Hue.
I stayed two nights, and the breakfast menu was slightly different both times, with a wide variety.

There were two types of pho each day, including beef, chicken, and glass noodle dishes. I wanted to try both, but the soup was delicious, with just the right amount of salt.

There were many dishes made with rice flour,
so you could enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, but there were also dishes like fried rice and pasta with meat sauce that even those who don't like Vietnamese food could enjoy.

I was so full from the morning because I was eating so many things I wanted to try.
