In this age of fake reviews, finding a business that truly lives up to its reputation can be a bit of a blessing. 🤩

"Quality" best describes this hotel.

Everyone has access to beautifully photoshopped pictures online, but the key lies in the details. They truly understand their guests' needs and pay meticulous attention to detail: comfort and cleanliness are essential, of course. They also provide high-quality shampoo and razors, large, fresh, comfortable towels, warm and soft lighting, and a pair of pillows, one soft and the other firm. A closer look reveals that the "quality" of their furnishings is exceptional, unlike those Taobao influencer-level decor that simply doesn't hold up to scrutiny. 😌

The location is fantastic, across the street from the West Lake Park entrance and within walking distance of Shuidong Street and the pedestrian street. 🤭

The only minor drawback is the lack of parking. Drivers arriving late have to leave their cars with the hotel and park outside. 🥹

Overall, it's a very good hotel. For the price, with such service and amenities, what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back next time I visit West Lake! ❤️
