- Greenhouse Science Museum: Consists of a greenhouse, an entrance hall, a science museum, and a xerophyte house. It features many tropical rainforest plants, such as the “See Blood Seal Throat” (Antiaris toxicaria). The five-story science museum uses technology to help visitors understand the origin and evolution of plants. The xerophyte house has cacti of all shapes.

- Medicinal Herb Garden: Built on terraced landscapes, it collects plants used in “Luofushan Herbal Oil,” “Top Ten Guangdong Medicines,” and other medicinal herbs, disseminating knowledge about the medicinal and edible uses of Chinese herbal medicines.

- Native Rare Plant Garden: This garden cultivates rare native plant species of Huizhou. It is an important area for the protection and research of native plants, allowing visitors to learn about Huizhou's unique plant resources.

- Crape Myrtle Garden: The garden has a collection of crape myrtle trees in various shapes, such as flower baskets and the Chinese character for longevity.
