The menu incorporates seasonal ingredients from Kagoshima from start to finish.
Kagoshima is blessed with both sea and mountain culinary resources, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of each season.
It's especially rewarding to find delicious sashimi at such a large inn.🐟
Personally, I enjoyed the sashimi, vinegared silver-ringed herring, and Satsuma soup.
I felt the portions were a little large, but that's up to you. So, I guess the more the merrier.
The staff who served us were also very pleasant, and we had a great time.
Also, when you think of Kagoshima, shochu is a must-try.
The Moriizo lineup adds to the enjoyment of the trip.
There was a limited edition Moriizo, but it was beyond my budget, so I had to forgo it. 😅
There's also a shochu bar on-site, where you can enjoy ramen and other Kagoshima cuisine at the late-night snack bar.
