Dongpo Park, located southeast of Hongmei Park , Changzhou's premier garden , is a Jiangnan garden that blends historical sites with natural beauty. The park was built to commemorate Su Dongpo, who visited Changzhou 11 times throughout his life and remained there until his death.

This area boasts a rich cultural heritage, boasting towering ancient trees, a quaint and elegant environment, and numerous cultural relics. The Mooring Pavilion, located at the park's highest point, boasts a history of over 800 years. It was built on the spot where Dongpo disembarked and entered the city. Its four corners feature double eaves, nine ridges, and exquisite brick and wood carvings.
