Feel the power of nature! Amboro National Park

Amboro National Park🇧🇴 in eastern Bolivia

You can access it from Samaipata!

You must join a tour to enter Amboro National Park!

Tour fee: 150 Bolivianos (approx. 3,200 yen)

Entrance fee (separate): 20 Bolivianos (approx. 430 yen)

Minimum number of people: 3

【Tour contents⛰️】

Start at 10am!

Drive about 45 minutes to the entrance of the national park. It's a pretty dangerous road, but the view is amazing at this point!

We enjoyed the trail for about 5 hours and finished around 5pm.

【Caution⚠️】

・Toilets are only available at the entrance

・The tour is only in Spanish (you might find English if you look for it), and there is no signal on the trail, so you can't use translation

【Things to bring🎒】

・Waterproof mountain shoes

・Light food

・Water

The most interesting thing about Amboro National Park is the ancient ferns!

They range from small to large (3-4m).

It may depend on the season, but the trail was mostly muddy. Waterproof shoes are a must. (April 2025)
