The Most Famous Trees In The World, The Towering Red Trunks Of Sequoia 🌲

The towering trees of Sequoia national park are probably the most famous trees in the world, especially with the last few wildfire seasons creeping dangerously close to them.

The trees themselves are monumental and really do better belief, they are some of the most awe inspiring things I’ve ever seen. The trunks are wider than a house and they’re so high you struggle to get them in the frame or the photo.

The drive upto the trees is breathtaking, the Forrest towers around you and you see some beautiful ice formations on the rocks. It’s a very windy road so drive slowly, it’s necessary to take everything in!

And take some time to explore the forests and snow fields at the base of the mountain - they’re beautiful too!

Be warned during heavy snow you can’t proceed to the trees without snow chains on your tyres, they will warn you at the entrance but don’t chance it - there are sheriffs at road blocks and they will turn you around! So be prepared.
