They say it was the first MSG-free Jjajangmyeon in Korea and appeared on the 11th episode of Wednesday Gourmet Club.

As soon as I entered, the stairs were right in front of me, and the atmosphere of the store was mysterious. Even the blue lighting. Maybe that's why there are so many photos of the stairs and railings. The restrooms were as clean as the store. They were located inside the store and separated by gender.

There were 5 of us, but we were so full that we ordered Kkanpunggi (large), White Baeknyeon Jjajang, and Jjamppong. Chunjang, onion, and danmuji came out as basics, and there was chili oil and vinegar on the table.

First of all, the White Jjajang looked quite different from the Jjajangmyeon I knew, and it felt unfamiliar. If this was going to happen, shouldn't they have given the food a separate name? They say you can season it with minced garlic and meat broth, but I didn't put in the broth because it just tasted like water. At first, I wondered what it was, but the more I ate, the more it tasted bland, so I thought I'd think about it sometimes. If I had to pick a flavor I knew, it would be aglio olio.

The sweet and sour pork was delicious, and as expected, I couldn't eat much, so I took it home. They packaged it neatly.

The jjambbong was delicious and well-made, so I didn't envy the special jjambbong, but it made me curious about the special jjambbong. I'll have to try the special jjambbong next time I go.
