The birthplace of Jjajangmyeon ๐Ÿœ Incheon Chinatown

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ Chinatown began in 1883, when Incheon Port opened and the Qing Dynasty concession was established the following year. Chinese immigrants immigrated and settled in the area around Seonlin-dong, forming their own unique lifestyle and culture. It's particularly famous as the birthplace of jjajangmyeon, a noodle dish adapted to Korean tastes by overseas Chinese.

๐Ÿœ Chinatown boasts a variety of Chinese restaurants and shops, each with its own unique flavor, making it fun to explore. There are places offering delicious jajangmyeon (Korean style noodles), white jajangmyeon (Korean style noodles), and delicious dim sum. We recommend researching before you go.

๐Ÿฅข The buildings are all built in Chinese style, creating a Chinese ambiance. If you're visiting Incheon, we highly recommend a visit.
