[Chiba] Tamotsu Daimyojin Shrine, home to the largest phallic statue in Japan

At Owashi Shrine in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, you can see the largest phallic god in Japan! 👀

When you climb the stairs to the shrine, you will first see Tamoyu Daimyojin, which enshrines a giant phallic statue, at the front of the shrine grounds.

This god is said to grant blessings such as bountiful harvests, matchmaking, fertility, safe childbirth, and marital harmony.

You can get two types of goshuin stamps: "Owashi Shrine" and "Tamoyu Shrine"!
