FUSHI COFFEE ROASTERS is a specialty coffee shop that opened on Ishigaki Island on April 27, 2022. The name of the shop, "Fushi," means "star" in the Yaeyama dialect, and expresses the desire to express the excitement of seeing the starry sky of Yaeyama for the first time through coffee. The owner, Koichi Matsumoto, moved to Ishigaki Island after gaining experience in Kansai, and aims to create a place where people can gather through coffee.

Shimanu Coffee: A refreshing cup of coffee perfect for the hot season, made with rosemary syrup and bitter tonic.
Kokuto Latte: A latte with a gentle sweetness made with brown sugar from Hateruma Island.
Daily baked goods: Our handmade baked goods change daily, making use of local ingredients.
