I finally made it to "that" Hitoshi, which is rumored to be impossible to get a reservation at🌟
I learned some secret tricks for making reservations at Hitoshi from a local friend, and I'll leave them here👍

What I did was,
📞《Call at exactly 4pm on the day》→Get a vacant seat!
On days when that doesn't work,
📍《Go directly to the restaurant at around 5:30pm》→Put your name on the waiting list for cancellations and wait while wandering around! There were days when I was able to get in this way◎

I can see why people said "try it at least once"😂
The tuna melts in your mouth,
and the world changes when you eat Ishigaki beef with salt,
and it's just too delicious every time.
Moreover, all of them can be ordered for around 1,000 yen,
and they were the winners in terms of taste, cost-effectiveness, and satisfaction🏆
