🍨 Sweet Escape at 3 Gen Desserts • 三代甜品, Iskandar Puteri

Tucked away on the second floor, 3 Gen Desserts is a lovely hidden gem that totally surprised us. We were drawn in by the quiet, cozy vibe, and ended up staying longer than expected just to soak in the relaxing atmosphere—especially the balcony seating, which was perfect for a lazy dessert break.

I tried the mango pomelo, sesame seed paste, and mochi. All three hit the spot, but the mango pomelo was the real winner—super refreshing with a generous amount of fresh mango and pomelo chunks. The sesame seed paste had a deep, nutty richness and just the right level of sweetness, while the mochi was soft, chewy, and satisfying.

What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—it felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a commercial dessert shop.

If you’re around Iskandar Puteri and craving something sweet, this spot is worth the (literal) step up. A charming mix of traditional Chinese flavors, good portions, and homely vibes.
