
East Zhejiang's Little Jiuzhai lies at the northern foot of Siming Mountain, in Zhilin Village, Dayin Town, Yuyao City, Ningbo. The area boasts rolling hills, winding valleys, lush bamboo forests, and crisscrossing streams. The alluring scenery of secluded valleys, streams, ancient trees, and bamboo forests has earned it the nickname "East Zhejiang's Little Jiuzhai."
Xiao Jiuzhai is named after the stream. The Baiyan Creek stretches for 6 kilometers and passes through the forest in the scenic area. It is also associated with many popular folk stories and beautiful legends, which are fascinating and unforgettable.
The air in the scenic area is fresh and the negative ion content is extremely high, which is known as the "natural oxygen bar". Hiking on the ancient trail, getting close to nature, and being in the green world of beautiful mountains and clear waters, you can not only appreciate the ecological beauty of natural mountains and waters, but also enjoy the infinite fun of appreciating mountains, viewing bamboo, resting in water, and appreciating stones.

Located in Ningbo, Eastern Zhejiang, it can be reached by taxi or private car from Ningbo city center (approx. 1–1.5 hours). Local buses are limited, so private transport is recommended. Walking is ideal for exploring the scenic spots within the area.
Open year-round, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The best times to visit are spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) when the weather is mild and scenery is at its best.
