Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul

🔮 Located on the shores of the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul, Dolmabahçe Palace was built on reclaimed land, which is why its name means "filled garden."

Photography is not allowed inside the palace, so I took pictures outside and in the garden. This palace was constructed by Sultan Abdulmejid I of the Ottoman Empire, inspired by European-style architecture. It truly exudes a European architectural vibe. 🌳

Since the palace is right by the sea, you can enjoy a stroll along the coast and explore the garden. The interior is incredibly opulent, with lavish furniture, carpets, exhibits, and artworks that showcase the pinnacle of grandeur. 🌲

Dolmabahçe Palace is a fascinating blend of Eastern and Western cultures. The stunning architecture combined with the sea creates a breathtaking view. 🌹
