When I visited Salt Galata solo, I was impressed by its unique atmosphere and modern sensibility. The gallery interior, renovated from a former bank building, has a classic and stylish exterior, but once you step inside, you'll be struck by its clean, minimalist feel! The exhibits showcase a wide range of contemporary art and design, making it enjoyable even for non-art majors. The interconnected layout of each floor made it perfect for exploring on your own. The archive lounge was particularly welcoming, allowing me to relax and browse materials. The quiet atmosphere also allowed me to spend some time reading. The view of Istanbul from the on-site cafe complemented the tranquil atmosphere, allowing for some quiet time alone. Not having to follow a guide gave me more flexibility, and I was able to appreciate art from my own perspective, which was a satisfying experience.
