Blue Mosque: The Grandeur of Faith and Architecture in Istanbul

The Blue Mosque, also known as Sultanahmet Mosque, is one of Istanbul's main religious landmarks and a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. It is located opposite Hagia Sophia in the historic Sultanahmet district. You can reach it by taking the T1 tram to the stop of the same name. Entry is free, but visitors are asked to adhere to the dress code and visit outside prayer times.

I visited the mosque in the morning when it was quiet inside. The blue tiles adorning the walls and the light streaming through the stained glass windows created an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony.

I highly recommend the Blue Mosque to anyone interested in the culture and religion of the Ottoman Empire. This place combines spirituality, art, and history, leaving an unforgettable impression.
