Our Favorite Resort Experience

This marks our third visit to this resort, and it never lets us down. Every time we're here, it feels as though our vacation is extended due to the incredible relaxation provided. Our personal concierge for this trip, David Higa, was very attentive to any of our requirements. He recommended the Ledge Burger at Nava, the poolside bar, and it turned out to be one of the best burgers we've experienced. He also helped us check into our room early since we arrived at 10 AM. In addition, he ensured we could keep our room past our check-out time as we had a late flight (11:30 PM), giving us nearly a whole extra day at the resort. Wiemy Abaza, who greeted us at breakfast, delivered superb customer service. Her caring nature and infectious joy were evident not just to us but also to the numerous guests she served. She suggested we try Yasmeen, which offered Mediterranean cuisine with the finest options we've tasted at the resort. Naw, our server at Peacock Alley each night, was exceedingly friendly and attentive during happy hour; Diamond members enjoyed complimentary selected drinks from 9-10 PM with live music. The only surprises you might encounter are the costs for food and the yacht. Expect $50-$100 per person for each meal. Sharing meals or having a late lunch at Nava may ease the food expenses. However, Diamond members can enjoy the best buffet breakfast of any Hilton, potentially saving $100 per person daily, with custom-made items and accommodations for requests not on the menu. My favorite breakfast dish was the Maldivian Benedict. Having used points and free night rewards for our stay, we believe this offers the greatest value of any Hilton location in the world. Hopefully, we'll return, as the customer service here is unparalleled among Hilton properties worldwide.
