・Location: Komuroyama Park, Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture
・Access: About 35 minutes by bus from JR Ito Station; get off at Komuroyama Lift-mae
・Admission: Free (Lift ride is 600 yen one-way)
・Blooming updates available on the Ito Tourism Association website
・Parking available (public transport recommended during peak times)
