I went to Ochiairou in Yugashima Onsen, Shizuoka Prefecture ☺️💗 It is a long-established luxury inn loved by many literary figures, but it has been renovated and is also famous for its sauna! It is small, with only 16 rooms in total, despite the large grounds.
But you can receive very polite hospitality 😌 I'm glad that they also provide a shuttle from Shuzenji Station!
This inn is all-inclusive, so you don't have to pay for food and drinks during your stay! (Some are charged) In the lounge with a fireplace, alcoholic drinks, ice cream, sweets, etc. are available ✨
The room we stayed in, Tsuyukusa, had a cast net and Mt. Fuji made of kumiko craftsmanship.
It is said to be an auspicious room with a "cast net" that gathers money and good fortune and "Mt. Fuji" that represents descendants and business prosperity 😳🙌
There is a bridge over the river that flows through the grounds,
and when you cross it, you will find a swing hanging from a tree ✨ The entertainment room has a variety of games and a theater!
Meals are served in private rooms at great times✨ They also offer a midnight snack service!

The private open-air bath is spacious and wonderful, and the sauna with river water is really nice🥰Everything was wonderful and I definitely want to stay here again! I would say it's the most satisfying place I've ever stayed at...!

I recommend going just to stay! It's perfect for a stay💗
The price is roughly 100,000 yen for two people per night.
