2000 trees turn color 🍁 Shuzenji Rainbow Village 🍁

Shuzenji Niji no Sato is one of Izu's largest forests of autumn leaves, offering the latest autumn foliage change in the country. 🍁
The approximately 1,000 maple trees that make the most of the 1-hectare hillside leading to Takumi Village, lined with traditional thatched-roof houses, are a grove of trees. In Canada Village and Fairy Garden, the bald cypresses and American lilies turn golden yellow, creating a scene reminiscent of a scene from a foreign film. The vibrant colors of the approximately 2,000 trees, both Japanese and Western, are a sight to behold. 🍁 From Saturday, November 15, 2025, to Sunday, December 14, 2025, the maple trees will be illuminated in British Village, Izu Village, the area around Shobu-ga-ike Pond in the Japanese Garden, and part of Takumi Village's maple forest. 💡 The autumn leaves reflected in the pond are a breathtaking sight. 😮💨✨ Also, from October 17, 2025, From Friday, October 17, 2025 to Sunday, March 29, 2026, the park will be illuminated in seven colors during the "Illumination Night" event, and during the "Maple Light-Up" period, you can enjoy two light festivals at the same time: maple leaves and illuminations. 🎄
