Day1：
Osaka (KIX airport); Rinku-town; Sushi train

Day2:
Shirahama aquarium, local izakaya, Engetsu Island, 🍜 ramen

🏨 Accommodation:
Stargate hotel; Shirahama Kyoto University Researcher accommodation (Ryokan style)

🍴 Food Recommendations
Anything mikan! 🍊🍦the mikan soft serve at ToreTore Market was so delicious!
Also enjoyed local tonkatsu ramen 🍜 Try to aim for shops with small menus (you know the owners have perfected the skill when all they sell is ramen). Go to local izakaya for an arvo drink, Japanese tapas and ochazuke~

📌 Tips :
Rent a car and drive from KIX airport to Shirahama - heaps of service stations to explore and local produce on sale. 🍊
