good food but slow service

The food was actually pretty darn good but the service was quite lacklustre. The place (as pictured) was not very busy so not sure what was the excuse here.

It was so difficult to get the service staff’s attention. And even after conveying to them what we needed (water, extra utensils etc), it took so long for them to come. We went in a group to share the dishes, and we were only given one set of utensil.
