They have the most unique and loveliest Hallasan Mountain cake. There are also instructions for you to follow to create the volcano eruption. You will start by sprinkling the rock cookies around the cake and use the white melting chocolate into the center of the mountain. Then you use the knife to slice if through. Be sure to capture all of this in your videos. I also order their special local jeju tangerine tea, it is so good. Every cake here is design with Jeju’s landscape and created with local ingredients. There are so many to try and I feel like I have to come back soon.
