How can you not try peanut ice cream when you come to Niu Island? In addition to the classic ones sold at traditional stalls, you can’t miss this cute and hipster shop! This time I chose "Udo Sand" to check out. As soon as I walked in, I was bought by the healing atmosphere. It's so cute~

The store's signature dishes are peanut ice cream and handmade biscuits. This time I ordered #花生冰淇淋 and #杰州橘子冰淇淋. The orange one tastes like sorbet, sour, sweet and refreshing; the peanut ice cream is made from local peanuts from Udo Island. It has a rich aroma but is not greasy at all, and you can taste three different levels of peanut fragrance. The biscuit on top is really delicious. After eating, I went straight to the counter to buy a boxed version as a souvenir.

Although a box of five cookies costs 12,000 won, I really regretted buying too few after returning to Taiwan. The cookies come in two flavors: original peanut and peanut chocolate. I really recommend them to everyone. Please don't be stingy when you go, really! Buy it up!
