Walking by the sea, embracing the sunset, and feeling Jeju

1. The Jeju sea upon arrival

As soon as I landed at Jeju Airport, my first destination was Ihoteu Beach. The red and white lighthouses standing side by side were even more beautiful in person than in photos. Walking along the shore while listening to the sound of waves instantly washed away the fatigue of city life.

2. Hyeopjae Beach, the epitome of clarity

On the second day, I headed to Hyeopjae Beach early in the morning! The water was so clear that you could see the bottom, and the distant view of Biyangdo Island looked like a scene from a painting. Afterward, I enjoyed a bowl of seafood ramen at a nearby restaurant, sweating as I savored the broth... This is true healing.

3. Sunset stroll in Aewol

In the late afternoon, I took a walk along the Aewol coastal road to catch the sunset. The sea bathed in sunset hues, cozy cafes, leisurely strolling couples, and the sound of waves... Just walking amidst this scenery brought happiness. Buying tangerine mochi and omegitteok to enjoy on a bench by the sea was the ultimate foodie experience.
