[Jeju Island] Enjoy the view and take a picture of your life at Geumosan Crater

📍 Geum Oreum, Hallim-eup, Jeju

Once you reach the summit, you'll finally see the lake within the crater!

The water pool gives it a completely different charm than other oreums.

🌿 You can either descend directly to the crater or take a half-circle around the ridge to admire the scenery.

The right ridge trail is particularly recommended for its ease and stunning views.

Even during the busy afternoon hours, you'll see paragliders, travelers with stray dogs, and couples relaxing on mats... everyone was enjoying Geum Oreum in their own way.

There are no trash cans, so it's best to climb empty-handed.

Check the shoulder at the entrance for parking!

A leisurely circuit takes about 40 minutes.

Geum Oreum, with its easy difficulty and easy access, is a great stop from anywhere in Aewol or Jungmun.

If you make it to the sunset, it'll be one of the best oreums on your Jeju trip! 🌅
