Today, I'm introducing you to "Platt," a meat pie specialty shop located near Hamdeok Beach in Jeju Island.

Their signature dish is their "Black Pork Meat Pie"!

They use Jeju black pork marinated for 168 hours and then sous vide-cooked,
giving it a deep, flavorful ham.

Perhaps that's why it was so delicious.

The pie dough is baked in small batches to ensure a crispy texture.

This place is so popular that they were sold out when we visited,
but they said they'd bake it right away.
