Kushikatsu is an Osaka gourmet dish that you cannot miss when visiting Osaka. There are many restaurants, so if you are not sure where to go, we recommend Kushikatsu Daruma! It is a nationally famous kushikatsu chain restaurant. The Shinsaibashi store has a large sign and is in a very visible location, so it is visited by many people from Japan and abroad. At Kushikatsu Daruma, cabbage is charged (100 yen), and the sauce is poured over the food rather than dipped in it.
There may be a line depending on the time of day, but since we visited late at night, there was no wait time.
