🎨🏛️ Explore Jeju’s Story at Jeju National Museum 🏝️✨

#hellohalloween

Located within Sarabong Park in Jeju City, the Jeju National Museum opened in June 2001 and serves as a major cultural institution dedicated to the island’s history, archaeology, and unique identity.

The museum’s exhibits unfold in thematic sections that trace Jeju’s journey from prehistoric volcanic formation and early settlement, through the Tamna kingdom, into the Goryeo and Joseon dynasties. Visitors can see ancient pottery, artifacts from pit-dwellings, maritime relics, and the story of Jeju’s island culture — all told in a space that blends architecture and nature.

With free general admission, a café, and a museum shop, the Jeju National Museum is a thoughtful stop for anyone wanting to understand the island beyond its beaches — a quiet place of learning, reflection, and cultural connection.
