I think Jeju Island's 1100 Highland is the easiest place to see snow flowers in Korea.

Usually, you have to climb a fairly high mountain to see snow flowers, but Cheonbaek Highland is accessible by car, so it's quite convenient.

The 1100 Highland Ecological Wetland has a well-maintained walking trail, so you can walk while looking at the beautiful snow flowers. I hope you go before winter ends😁
