When you visit Jeju Island, you absolutely must try braised cutlassfish.
I heard it was delicious, and it was! The seasoning was so well-infused into the cutlassfish, I was amazed with every bite. Adding the accompanying stone pot rice made for a filling and delicious meal. The value for money is also excellent.
