Sawamura

Today's lunch ramen goes to "Sawamura", which has been repeated many times. This time I ordered tsukemen that I had never ordered. The noodles are medium-thick noodles that are well entwined with the soup and are delicious. The soup stock, which is probably chicken soup stock and bonito soup stock, is the most delicious tsukemen I have ever eaten. Tsukemen is recommended above all here. The leaflet noodles are also delicious though.
