A must-visit winter mountain: Hallasan Yeongsil Course

I climbed Hallasan without much thought. Reservations are required to see Baekrokdam, but it was fully booked a month in advance, so I ended up going on the Yeongsil Course, which doesn't require reservations. Before entering the winter mountain, be aware that each course has limited access times. Winter mountains are dangerous in many ways, especially crampons. If you feel you have strong legs, you should also bring poles. Sometimes you'll encounter blizzards, so be sure to be safe while hiking.

1 hour 30 minutes to Witseoreum / 2 hours 30 minutes to Nambyeok Junction

Yeongsil Course Access Times (Control Center): Winter (12:00 PM) / Spring/Autumn (2:00 PM) / Summer (3:00 PM)
