A Mountain Hot Spring Getaway in the Forest, 2 Hours from Hangzhou🚘
I stumbled upon this homestay by chance!
It's hidden in the mountains, requiring a drive along a mountain road, which is quite narrow! Sometimes you'll encounter oncoming vehicles, so drive slowly.
It was raining when we went, but it didn't dampen our spirits.
The homestay is full of cherry blossom trees, and wind chimes sway on the branches, their crisp sounds like whispers from the forest. We booked the "Xijiu" room, which has a private hot spring, with 24-hour access so you can soak whenever you want! It's quite cold on the mountain, but soaking in the warm hot spring is very comfortable! The mist is thick, and breathing in the earthy and grassy aroma of the mountain air is extremely pleasant. If you don't have a private hot spring, there are also public hot springs available! It's worth mentioning that this place is very pet-friendly; small pets can roam freely around the homestay for a cleaning fee of CNY 100 per day!
Also, note that there are no restaurants around the homestay! There's definitely no food delivery on the mountain!
It's recommended to buy food in advance and bring it with you, or you can book the hotel's dinner one day in advance for CNY 150 per person.
